Product Lead & Co-Founder

Talox was built to solve a problem that every heavy equipment shop owner knows intimately: the back office is a mess. Invoices go uncollected, vendor bills go unmatched, and the owner has no real-time view of whether the business is actually making money. Talox combines a full shop management system with automated AR collections, AP compliance, and an AI financial assistant (Vero): all in one platform.

The heavy equipment repair industry is dominated by shops running on disconnected tools: one system for jobs, another for invoicing, spreadsheets for AR, and no real AP compliance. The average shop has $400K+ in outstanding AR and no systematic way to collect it. The challenge was to build a platform that could unify these workflows without requiring a technology-savvy owner to implement it.

Identified the booming heavy equipment markets: Sun Belt states (FL, TX, AZ, GA, NC) experiencing construction surges driven by infrastructure spending, data center buildouts, and population migration. Designed Talox to serve the specific operational patterns of these shops: high-value equipment, long job cycles, complex vendor relationships, and FL-specific Mechanic's Lien requirements. Vero AI was designed to answer questions in plain English, removing the expertise barrier from financial intelligence.

A platform that reduces DSO by 40%, achieves 100% W-9 compliance, and gives shop owners a real-time view of their financial health for the first time. Setup takes under 2 hours with no IT support required.
